Established in 1964, Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) is one of seven community colleges in the City University of New York (CUNY) system. The college is located in the heart of Tribeca and its campus buildings rest between New York City Hall and the Financial District near the Hudson River in Downtown Manhattan.
Our students come from the New York City area, and all over the world. An international college, BMCC has students from over 155 countries who speak a variety of languages. The Center for Continuing Education and Workforce Development at BMCC serves more than 11,000 students who complete non-credit bearing and certificate programs in allied health, information technology and media arts, career training and personal development, English as a Second Language and other areas.
